Gentle, play-based early learning for children 2 to 8 — usually one-on-one, in your own home in Toronto.
Most sessions. Full attention, and a plan made for one.
On request, siblings or friends can learn side by side: sharing, taking turns, cheering each other on.
Recognising letters, first sounds, and the joy of a good story.
Counting, sorting, patterns and shapes with hands-on materials.
Pencil grip, cutting, tracing: small hands getting ready for school.
Talking about books, predicting, retelling.
Little experiments, big questions.
Expression through colour, song and play.
Underneath it all: confidence, curiosity, independence, kindness — and a love of learning that lasts.
I’ve spent more than twenty years with young children — over ten as lead teacher at Dunloe Children’s Centre, and since 2004 teaching children across Toronto in their own homes.
I believe children learn best when they feel safe, seen and curious, so every session starts with what your child already loves.

A mix of short, hands-on activities — a story, a letter game, something to build or draw, a little science — paced for your child.
Yes. Siblings or friends of a similar age can share a session, though most sessions are one-on-one.
Just a table and a little space. I bring all the materials.
Call or email. We’ll chat about your child and find a time that works.
I’d love to hear what they’re into.
